Dr. Chang has been my dermatologist for over 10 years. She is always courteous, knowledgeable and professional.
I love this Dr so much that I moved and now I drive 1.5 hours to her office. But now im disappointed because her office is billing me wrong and I’ve called the office numerous times and left messages and they refuse to call me back. I do the same thing every year so my bill is very consistent until this bill. I can’t get anyone to be transparent and tell me why they are billing different codes. Dr. Chang was friendly, and thorough. Knows her stuff.
Dr. Chang was incredible with my mom who has dementia. She was attentive to listen to what we had been doing for her skin regiment and she even took time to walk through all our products and gave incredibly helpful advice. Most importantly she even found the wipes with the ingredients probably causing her issue. We love her and are so happy to have her on our family's team.
