only negative is that office runs on the late side... other that both doctor and her staff are very congenial!!
All went well. Dr. Chang knew what my problem was. Turns out it was a continuation of a previous issue. Still have correct medication. Dr. Chang made me feel comfortable that I did not have a serious issue.
Great visit and great doctor! I was ushered into a room within 15 minutes of my arrival and Dr Chang came in shortly after I sat down on the exam table. I went in for two specific areas of concern, one on my face and one on my scalp. She quickly took care of those areas and also did a body check for any problems I could not see. Dr Chang is the most professional and personable Dr ever. She takes her time and makes sure I understand what she’s talking about. Her office and staff are great as well. I see her annually for skin checks as well as some other visits along the way. Being a senior citizen, unfortunately there are little bumps and weird things that need to be checked out. I appreciate her and her care immensely.
This was my first visit. I chose her based on her good reviews, and was not disappointed. She was exceptionally efficient, friendly, humorous and professional. One of the best doctors I've been to. A gem.
