I went in because my daughters and I have a rare muscle syndrome. Dr. Chang had operated on me years ago and I wanted his advice as a second opinion as to what to do with my kids who have it. He didn't even sit down, he left the door opened, looked at my daughter for two seconds and literally said, "she's fine. She doesn't have it. You should take her to a pediatric clinic. optical department staff are rude and snobbish. their prices are astronomical especially when you consider their lack of customer service skills. the doctors and nursing staff are friendly and professional however. get a hard copy of your prescription from your doctor at time of visit and buy your frames and lenses elsewhere.
If you want a copy of your prescription they give you a hard time because you are not ordering your contacts or glasses from them. Offered a trial pair of contacts until I mentioned I may not get a 6 month supply from them and then they didn’t offer the trials any longer even though my whole family gets their eye exams there!
The staff at Chang Eye Group is always friendly and knowledgeable. I had the Lasik procedure done by Dr. Valli and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I look forward to my appointments and would highly recommend Chang Eye Group to a friend/family member.
Great doctors and the staff are all so pleasant. Convenient location and hours as well as having an on-site optical department are a plus.

The care is thorough and you feel that you are important. I was very impressed with the dry eye therapy program.
