I have been a patient of Dr Chang Dich Lai for many years. The office is often a very busy place, despite this, you are always met with an informed, knowledgeable staff who pleasantly, yet professionally avail themselves to answer a multitude of questions. I have found Dr Lai to be the best, most well informed internist I have encountered in my 73 years of life. Wait is bit longer but he is the best doctor I’ve known. Before I met him I have to change few doctors but he never rush to see patients That is why he’s office is packed and I don’t mind to wait a bit I’ve known him more than 30 years
