if i could give 0 stars i would! they evict people for absolutely no reason and have no explanation! do not recommend at all. very unreliable.
I found out in December that I owed Chandler properties (not Simpson, but the company they took over) 1300 dollars. I called to offer 1k and was told by the property manager Erick Parnell that this would be acceptable to settle but that I’d have to go through RDAC, the agency they’d sold my debt to. I was told by RDAC that anything less than $1055 would take ten days to process and I was in a time crunch.
