I found out in December that I owed Chandler properties (not Simpson, but the company they took over) 1300 dollars. I called to offer 1k and was told by the property manager Erick Parnell that this would be acceptable to settle but that I’d have to go through RDAC, the agency they’d sold my debt to. I was told by RDAC that anything less than $1055 would take ten days to process and I was in a time crunch. I have rented for years from them , back when it use to be chandler and now Sampson bought chandler over. I love I am always heard of there is an issue. If I have a maintenance emergency, they get it fixed asap! I learned if u are always honest with them , they will appreciate u even more ! Always be respectful and honest! They give it back to you I do love renting from this management !
