These people really need their own website. I'm trying to look up the specs and asking price of a duplex that they have listed, but all that's available are 3rd-party websites that only list Chandler's services- not what I need!
The apartments are cheap and that's the only thing they have going for them. The interiors are dated, at best. Old refrigerator units, old stoves, wallpaper that is falling off, obviously used carpet(found someone else's hair everywhere, it was a girl's and I was informed, yep, previous tenant: female) There is no insulation, so power bill? Noise levels? You hear everything. During the ice storm, for over two weeks, the metal and concrete stairs had around inch or two of very slick ice coating the top.
