After renting with them for 5 years, I won’t recommend them. Every time you call for maintenance items they would want to charge you money, to replace the blinders they charge 50$ for each, which you would expect it to go bad after living there for a long time because they use the cheapest blinders. After moving out they charged me 48$ for 8 light bulbs that were not working, and I remember when I moved in half the lights were not working as well.
