Chandler Air installed a unit on the roof of my mother's home before we moved in. Eventually a leak occurred which we noticed on the ceiling inside of the home. We had a different air cond. service person look at it and he said the leak was coming in from the boot which attaches the unit to the roof and this was not sealed properly. What Chandler Air may be good at? Service. What they are horrible at? New unit installation. The owner agrees that their installation of two new split systems at my home had numerous issues, was terrible and embarrassing. But this is not my reason for the review. I dont appreciate being ghosted. Chandler Air GAVE UP. It's New Years Day and without warning our thermostat wasn't working! In addition it's a Sunday! I thought we were out of luck to get a technician to fix the problem. Chandler Air sent ****** out and replaced the thermostat and was all finished in a couple of hours! That's what I call "customer service"! What a great company!!!
Once again, Chandler Air saved the day! They responded to our very early morning call within 1-1/2 hours and had us up and running within an hour. ****** explained everything, showed us the problem, made several recommendations, and talked us through the decision-making. So, so nice. The price was so much less than we expected. And the house is cooling down before it hits 112 degrees today. Chandler Air is our go-to and we recommend them to everyone.
My A/C was not working this morning. Called Chandler Air and a tech arrived a couple hours later. This is the first time I used this company, but will definitely use them again and also refer them to other people. My problem was taken care of quickly and at a reasonable price. The tech, *****, was courteous and respectful. He explained what he checked and quickly solved the problem.
Short handed but still had someone out within 3 hours of calling on a Saturday morning. Have been using Chandler Air for 10 years for repairs and PM at work first then at home.
