Dealing with the front office was a delight. The folks taking the appointment were courteous, professional and helpful. They could not meet the original appointment so called us and helped make it early next morning given the hot temperature environment. Experience with field employees was a bit of a let down. Always in a hustle mode to sell more. A simple capacitor replacement charge was approx $390 (before coupon reduction), exorbitant for a ~10 min job.
