I visited Dr Chand for an initial consult. We talked for about half an hour, and Dr Chand threw a Psych 101 diagnosis at me based on family history, then told me she couldn't treat me because it wasn't her specialty. She gave me another doctor to call, who I called and she wasn't accepting new patients. I called Dr Chand back to ask what I should do next, and she never returned my call. It was irresponsible to diagnose me and then leave me with no support or info on this new diagnosis. Im livid.
Dr Chand put me on medication for anxiety that was Remeron used for restless leg syndrome. Asked her how it worked and she said she did not know. I was having a bad panic attack to the point of fatal and called her exchange and she advised she would not help and go to the ER. I found out the medication she put me on that made me gain 30lbs my primary Dr said that is given to elderly patients or others to help them gain weight. She told me to deal with the weight gain and would not change med
