NEVER EVER GO TO HER. BILLING MACHINE AND TREATS YOU LIKE A CHILD
I can’t believe I wasted so much time and money seeing this doctor! My PC recommended that I stop seeing her because she made me schedule appointments on a far too frequent basis.. every 30 days when the law is 90; plus I had to see her once a week for a few weeks if there was a dose change or a new medicine. I am so greatful I visited her. She has helped me tremendously. If you need someone to talk to, see a therapist. If you want someone to the point who will be honest and knows what she’s doing see Dr. Deepali Chand.
Worst Doctor I've ever been to! She was always late to our appointments. I have moderate anxiety issues & was told by Chand on more than 1 occasion to "get over it".... Have a new doctor who understands my needs and is beyond professional. Haven't seen Chand in 6 months & her office has yet to call to set up another appointment as they are unaware that I switched doctors. Interesting how she could care less about my health but was more than happy to take my money while telling me to get over it.
Dr. Chand is uncaring, unprofessional, incredibly rude, and made me feel uncomfortable. On top of that, they overcharged me and then had to refund me when they got audited, and then I was sent to collections for a "past due" they never told me about. Worst experience I've ever had with a medical professional.
We were a few minutes late because they gave me wrong directions. When we got into the appointment she chastised me for being late. She was very condescending, rude. she will pill count your pills!
I am a new patient of Dr. Chand and I was surprised to read the bad reviews about her. For me, she has been a good doctor so far, I have only seen her for 2 visits but I didn't have a long wait in the waiting room and she also spent a lot of time with me. She was very engaged into everything I was saying and giving me her feed back. She is not the first psychiatrist I have seen so I am able to rate her against the two of them and she the best one so far. Now the office staff aren't too kind.
I have my first appointment scheduled for today as a new patient and Dr. Chand's office called me twice yesterday in the same day to change it. I haven't even seen her yet and they're already pushing my buttons. I don't think I'm even going cause I feel uncomfortable about it.
The WORST doctor EVER. She would not be there for appointment times. If she's makes you wait she won't even apologize but if your 10 minutes late she cancels the appointment and charges $110. That is MORE than my co pay and insurance payment! She is NOT friendly, and doesn't smile. If you go and see her and you don't like her, she will not allow you switch to another doc in the practice. Her it nothing ??
