Upon checking in, I was informed by the medical secretary that I had a bill of $1800 and that I would need to pay the balance in order to be seen. I questioned that I was not informed of this balance or charge and that I did not have a credit card to provide them for payment. When I requested that I be placed on a payment plan, the secretary called her biller, Tonya, who advised that the office would have to have a card on file or I could not be seen. Dr. Chan is wonderful. She explains everything to the child before doing anything as well as while she is doing her exam to the child. She makes sure that the child is comfortable and speaks in a way they can understand. She makes sure that the parent understands and is comfortable with findings and exam before we leave. Her staff is also just as amazing. I'm grateful we found her.

Our doctor was fast, efficient and extremely professional. She gave us tons of helpful advice and spent quite a bit of time going over our child's diagnosis. Dr. Chan is very patient, and reassured us to the fullest extent. I would absolutely recommend her!
Dr. Chan was wonderful with my 2 year old. She has great bedside manner and is very thorough with both her exam and her explanations.

I was not very happy with my daughter's visit with Dr Chan. We had seen a different doctor the year before, so this was our first visit with her. Despite the fact that glasses appeared to be helping my daughter's strabismus, she kept pushing for surgery and using scare tactics to try to railroad me into it. She also tried to overwhelm me with a lot of numbers, statistics, and medical terminology, seemingly hoping to confuse me into just giving in.
I highly recommend Dr Chan for her professionalism, courtesy, and thoroughness in attending to my concerns and giving excellent advice. She spend a great deal of time with me and was sincere in trying to find the best course of action. My eyesight has improved since my complaint was addressed. I will definitely return to see Dr Chan again.
