She is one of the worst orthodontists I've ever heard of. A month before I was supposed to get my braces off, she tried to straighten out a tooth, although it just made it more crooked. She had also told me I was going to get my braces off summer 2011 but upon going in June 2011, she told me I would be lucky to get them off at the end of the summer. She never sticks to her word and is very confused and should be more truthful with her patients.
Dr. Chan is punctual, friendly and has a very pleasant approach. Her staff is very friendly and accommodating.
I love her with life!!! I am currently in treatment and my teeth look wonderfull even with my braces still on, I hopefully am getting them off next month. I RECOMMEND HER! the plans are amazing and the prices to! THANKS DR.CHAN, YOUR AMAZING!!!
I thought that this doctor was awesome.Her payment plan is fair and the beest thing is that she has early hours at 7.20 which works out great for shift workers or people who start work early . Great doctor
What a wonderful woman. She was always kind and on time. She did a wonderful job with my teeth, as well as my sister's teeth. She runs a very friendly, competent practice. Payment plan was very fair and she was understanding that we did not have insurance. I would recommend her to anyone who is thinking of getting Orthodontics done.
Dr chan corrected both of my boys teeth as well as my own. She did excellent work. I have no insurance for ortho, and paid alot of money to have our smile's beautiful and this docter is worth every penny. I also have recommended her to two of my sister inlaw's for their children who are now patient's of Dr. Chan's. They to are very happy with this orthodontist.
NOT RECOMMENDED. Did perm. damage to teeth/gums. My dentist called many times asking what she was doing, and why. She could not answer any of his questions. Told me she could not get my midline correct, as my jaw was crooked, so I told her.. FINE.. lets break it and reset it, as per her suggestion. I went to a specialist who was VERY VERY upset, and told me my jaw was perfect, and was not the problem (he started yelling at me because he thought I wanted this procedure... when it was really Dr. Chan.)
