Absolutely terrible orthodontist. Only tries to get as many customers as possible. Doesn’t care about any of them. Staff is subpar, the blonde one messed up my teeth. Don’t let the staff touch your teeth if you have to go to this office. They have zero experience and are not qualified.
My daughter is currently in treatment with Dr. Chan and loves her. She is always polite and explains everything to us. Her teeth are looking great! Highly recommend!

I met with Dr Chan in November of 2011 I found her to be very professional. She took the time to explain the procedures and what I could expect from receiving braces. I am an adult getting braces for the first time, this has been a very positive experience and the staff caring and professional. She is very thorough and helpful. Staff is very accommodating.
My daughter currently is in treatment with Dr. Chan, I dislike her very much. Poor quality, braces falling off of my daughters teeth, couldn't eat for a week cause the braces created a gap inbetween the top and bottom teeth. I'm calling elswhere to see how to get my money back and taking my daughter somewhere else. Dr. Chan came recommended from two co woerkers of mine. they are now blaming my kid for the braces falling off, not poor workmanship. I do not recommend her at all.
She is one of the worst orthodontists. My dentist will not recommend her any more.
I would recommend her very professional, knowledgeable and caring.
Payment plan is good, probably the only reason I stick with her. She never knows why you're there and sometimes doesn't even come out for your appointment. I would definitely go with a different ortho given the choice again, even if it were more expensive. If I don't keep up on why I am supposed to be there for each visit she would probably still have me on my first wire. AVOID
