Dr Chen and her entire staff are absolutely amazing. The front desk team, especially Melissa, is incredibly helpful and accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments. If you’re placed on the cancellation list, she genuinely makes an effort to call and get you in sooner when an opening becomes available. Both my daughters see Dr. Chen and absolutely love her. Update: I posted the review (below) about four years ago. My daughter has remained a patient at Chan and Chen, and has continued to have a wonderful experience!! I can’t recommend their office enough! Original post: The staff at Chan and Chen couldn't have been more welcoming or kind toward my daughter.
