The food quality is gone down hill , prices have gone up ! How can anyone mess up nachos ? The chips where full of grease & the used to bake them . So we think the cooks need some training at this point . Champs was my happy place now I'm feel it's my sad place ! We don't go for the sports but we have been big fans of Champ since they where at the old place by Mid Florida bank right up the road . So we beg you to please take this seriously . Mrs. Cooper, In response to your complaints from October 10, our prices have gone up by an average of 6%. This was due to our costs rising since the last time we raised prices over 18 months ago. First, the nacho chips are fried to order. Then they are topped with cheese and baked. This has been the same process for 20 years. Then, they are topped with taco meat, lettuce, and tomato. Shayne Bush is phenomenal! His customer service is always above & beyond! Excellent
Disappointed! Had to ask a number of times to have a tv changed to the lightning game. All of the other tvs had 2 different football games on. Could only change it if Florida teams were done in football. Server was rude and pushy whole meal service!

Good staff. Too many smokers hogging bar seats and sitting outside. Stay outside and let good customers spend they're money. J.s. I don't live there. I really don't give a shit,you asked. Been in bars over 40 yrs. I know a little. Take care of your regs.

We are so sorry you feel that way and are sorry to see you go. Unfortunately due to rising food cost we have had to raise our menu items up to the next dollar amount. We haven't raised our menu prices in over 2 years which is unheard of in our industry. We hope you can understand and will be back to join us soon.
My husband and I love Champs!!! They always try to seat us quickly. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing. The food is awesome. Reasonable prices. My only suggestion for this restaurant, is to ask the servers not to bring the bill until the customers are ready for it . We are never done ordering food and/or drinks when the bill comes to our table. Sometimes we would like to order a second cocktail. This would also be beneficial to Champs, as it would increase sales. Thank you, and we will see you again real soon.

Really like the wait staff and their fried pickles and fried tomatoes are both exceptional.
