in response to jenifer o she brought her car in for repairs and did not want to spend a dime on repairs.she is a professional bs'er who has nothing better to do than try to trash someones good reputation.i've been in this business in poquoson for 25 yrs. and have the best reputation around.if she had come back like she supposedly said and wanted me to fix her car the right way-her boyfriend messed it up-then i would have fixed it properly.this was a setup from the beginning so consumers beware of jennifer o.
best! Of all the places around town Champs Service Center is the place to be! Good people, good work, couldnt ask for better. You arent going to drop your car off and not know the person working on it. Robert will talk to you, if you dont want your car properly fixed then take it somewhere else, he is honest and will tell you like it is so it can run properly afterwords. =)
Great work, good people, inexpensive. What more can you ask? Came in, needed an oil change and inspection. Did both in under 2 hours and for about $30 cheaper than expected. Grade A Service, the guy who was there was nice and understanding, seemed like a hard working guy who really cares about his work. I'll be going back there for them to install new tires and breaks in a few weeks- will definitely use them again! :)
Please dont waste your time or money This is the worse place I have ever been, my car ran out of gas and had to push it to this place, they tried to tell me I needed $500 worth of work done! I did need a tune up. my car hasnt ran right sense, they told me to bring it back, which I did and its even worse now than it was. I will never use this crappy place again, please dont waste your money. PROS: CONS: CON -artists!
Great service Robert is always straightforward with what the problem is and if he can fix it. If he cannot he will tell you. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. Great service and will work with your schedule as much as possible.
Always done right I love these guys! Always fast, reasonable, and super nice! They have always done a thorough job on my car. Just last week I was driving and my service engine light came on. I went to champs and one of the men dropped what he was doing to check it really quick and discovered that one of my hoses was split at the end. He just cut the end off and sent me on my way without charge. This is one of the many positive experiences I've had with them and why I will continue to come to them for all my repairs.
