Chance performance auto they’re good at fixing your cars, but then they don’t call you when your car is ready and add on prices that was not originally on your receipt, but that’s my fault for not asking any paperwork on what they have done. To stay on top of them so they won’t charge you extra I will never come to a country auto shop in Granville county again.
The technician diagnosed the issue with my truck and serviced my front brakes. I was pleased with the work and communication.
We just moved to Creedmoor and are excited to have found a place to get our inspections done! It was super easy to book an appointment and they were even helpful with rescheduling. The appointment was nice and quick. I could tell by the way they interacted with other customers while I was waiting that they seem to genuinely care about their work. If I need any other car services done, I will definitely come to them!
I was desperate as my car started sputtering on my way home from vacation with my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I called Champs out of the blue in need of help. They answered the call, getting the parts I needed on a Good Friday, and getting me back on the road in just a few hours. They were super friendly, answered all of my questions thoughtfully and charged me a very reasonable rate for their services. Their waiting room was also very comfortable with free snacks and drinks. I would recommend this place.
