We just moved to Creedmoor and are excited to have found a place to get our inspections done! It was super easy to book an appointment and they were even helpful with rescheduling. The appointment was nice and quick. I could tell by the way they interacted with other customers while I was waiting that they seem to genuinely care about their work. If I need any other car services done, I will definitely come to them!
I was desperate as my car started sputtering on my way home from vacation with my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree. I called Champs out of the blue in need of help. They answered the call, getting the parts I needed on a Good Friday, and getting me back on the road in just a few hours. They were super friendly, answered all of my questions thoughtfully and charged me a very reasonable rate for their services. Their waiting room was also very comfortable with free snacks and drinks. I would recommend this place.
Overall the customer service was good, I had a little bit of a wait time, but overall they did my wheel alignment fast once I actually got called in. No complaints about this business besides having a long wait time.
Professional staff and prompt service was my experience at Champs Performance Plus in Creedmoor. They IMMEDIATELY got me in and repaired my tire. Thanks for the GREAT service and the friendly and professional staff at your store. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for your tire issues in Creedmoor!!!!!
