I highly recommend this office. The staff are very welcoming. They along with Dr. Graves do a great job of explaining everything. I am very impressed with the procedures I've had done and how quickly I was able to get them done.
100% would NOT recommend this dentistry to anyone. My experience: I made an appointment as a new patient, went in to have a cleaning and X-rays done. The hygienist was rude and asked me Are you anxious? Because you look it without even introducing herself. My mouth bled the entire time, which has never happened with my previous dentist. My daughters been going here since she was little she would not go any place but here their just the best around.
Champlain Smiles is awesome...I highly recommend this office. Dr. Graves and her staff are exceptional. I have told many folks that if you need a dentist ..make an appointment at Champlain Smiles. You will be happy that you did!!
I have anxiety with the dentist to begin with and my experience here has not helped that situation. My previous office made me comfortable and was pain free, not the case yesterday after I left my mouth hurt all day.
