The issue has been resolved . Very sorry the ball being dropped. It was a CPO from our other store and we made the assumption it had two. We made a bad assumption obviously. I told Mitchell to get you to the Ford store and get Key cut ASAP ! Very sorry for mistake. Thanks, TIM

Talked to some guy to get a list of cars, was there about not even five mins and he left me in his office to go talk to another customer. Told another I would come back later when I could have someone's full attention. He literally rolled his eyes at me and my family. Definitely will not be returning, due to bad customer service.
