I signed up for the Champion Xpress Carwash membership last week and only used it once. Today, after some rain, my truck had mud on the running boards. When I arrived, the attendant told me my truck was too dirty and that I needed to wash it somewhere else before using their car wash. That alone was bizarre, but it got worse. I spoke with the manager, who said I could use their wash, but it would likely scratch my truck because their system “holds onto dirt” from previous vehicles. Great car wash! Vacuums don’t work that great though
This is definitely one of the best car washes. I’m glad they spray your car down before you enter the tunnel. The vacuum set up is one of the best.
Terrible lack of service today by employee. Called corporate to let them know what happened and nothing was done. Cancelled my monthly subscription.
The manager and team are super nice and friendly. They were very attentive and got me in quick and I appreciate their service. They definitely deserved the pizza party from corporate, good job team!
