It was ok.
They were really kind, professional, speedy, and thorough. I absolutely will hire them again.
Just several things I was not happy with.
Business response:
I'm sorry you feel that way. What can we do to make things better?
Very polite Cleaned up after the work
Great job. Too high for project. Small place.
They did a professional job. Very courteous and detailed.
Nothing looked much cleaner than before they cleaned it. I called and told them so. I was told the owner himself would come out the next day at 10:00 am and use some different products. At 11:15 no had arrived yet so I called them and was told he couldn't make it until late afternoon. I said I had to be somewhere so the same technician came out and used the same products, I'm assuming. One area of sofa was improved. Other areas stayed the same.
Professional upholstery cleaning is no better that doing it yourself.
