I have nothing but great things to say about Flo and Jennifer! They gave me GREAT customer service and went above and beyond to service my needs for a storage unit. HIGHLY recommend!!
From the first day, I stopped by for information because I was moving out of a Storage Locker that I was very unsatisfied with, I was greeted by Flo. Even though somebody had called off that day and fFlo was by herself, phones ringing, she walked me through my question and answer session and I went home and immediately reserved my locker. Flo made the process of obtaining a storage unit so simple. She guided me through every step along the way making it so easy. She also called to follow up and helped ensure i received all my proper information, i would highly reccomend Flo and Cubesmart for all your storage needs!
Kelly and Flo are amazing they both have very good customer service skills. I will highly recommend this storage facility very nice and clean.
