This has been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The staff here are not just unprofessional, they are completely incompetent. I was charged for a lock I had already returned. When I questioned it, the manager tried to “prove” everything was fine by showing me receipts that didn’t even match what I was being billed. I was looking for a storage unit and yeah checked out cute smart. What really won me over with cube smart what's the customer service?
