I met Kelly and she was very friendly however I was sold a defective storage unit. I was told to purchase a lock either from the storage place or wherever I wanted to purchase. I elected to purchase a padlock at Walmart. When I returned to CubeSmart Self Storage, I struggled putting my lock on not realizing the latch was jammed.
