2 appointments for an estimate where Noone showed up and 3 escalations to a manager and I haven't heard a word back from champion. Seems like I need to get my windows from somewhere else.
We enjoyed the detailed explanation of the windows. Our rep was very courteous and very patient with us!
I am going to rate it a 5 star currently as our representative Chauncey was awesome. The payments work for my budget. I will update with photos once we get installed. This young man is special. He cares about his clients and has been in touch with me through the process so far. He use to work at renewal and you can tell he loves his job. I look forward to this venture.
I was disappointed with the way they did there process. I had to put down a deposit of 1/3 of the amount,then 2 week later they requested another payment and when they got ready to install wanted to to make final payment and I refused to do until the windows were installed. The windows do look good and the guys were really good and nice to be around, they cleaned up and helped with sofa and other things I could not move. I was told I would get a Veteran discount and never got it
