I'm really not sure on the star rating. My concern, if anyone is planning on using Champion windows to get the 2025 tax credit most likely will not get it. IRS is requiring a manufacturer PIN number. As of today I yet to get one from Champion even though they advertise their windows to meet or exceed Energy star manufacturing specifications and requirements. I purchased the comfort 365 windows. Our experience was not very good. It took almost a year to get all our issues with our windows resolved. Most issues was with the window build. Took numerous tries to get one window issues resolved and finally have given up. Communication with the local shop lacked any priorities toward this customer.
Informative presentation, knowledgeable about product. Chauncey was very helpful.
Had windows installed in our all season porch. Installers did a FANTASTIC job. Looks so good.
