Reps for companies are constantly knocking on our door trying to peddle windows, doors, solar etc. We needed a front door and a very large picture window. Champion was a name we recognized so we decided to work with them. BIG MISTAKE The sales rep was the biggest used car sales guy you could ever experience. Completely disappeared after the deal and financing were signed. Champion Windows was one of the hardest companies to work with. In many attempts of getting ahold of the company to fix my 2 windows I was getting replaced it took almost an entire year! All that was needed was 1 piece to complete the project and to patch up a hole that was made while reinstalling my new windows. When I would call in to get status rarely did anyone answer.
