Replaced my screen super fast. Thanks Angelo
The door lock mechanism on my sliding glass door that Champion installed that has a lifetime warranty broke and is unable to lock. Champion wants to charge $250 for a Service technician to come out to fix a part that is under warranty.
I ordered a replacement screen last summer. I still to not have the screen after many not kept appointments. I was going to get more windows but I will never do business with windows by champion. Will be interesting to see if I can get my money back .
Please, Please, Please do not purchase windows from this company. We had our windows installed 11-24 and they are still not done. We are having to hire a new contractor to come finish the windows. Then find a lawyer to go after Champion Windows. They won’t return calls, don’t show up when they say they will. I have lost over a week of work because they come out to finish or fix things and don’t have the parts or the right parts. Again PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.
They quoted my 70 year old mom like 20,000 for ten windows, promised install in Feb, when Feb came and went there was no communication to my mom until we reached out and left voicemails on 3-4 peoples phones trying to find out what was happening. We then found out there was a “ manufacture” delay. My mother decided that because we couldn’t pin anyone down that she was going to try to cancel, she was also having to have emergency surgery.
