Champion Windows was one of the hardest companies to work with. In many attempts of getting ahold of the company to fix my 2 windows I was getting replaced it took almost an entire year! All that was needed was 1 piece to complete the project and to patch up a hole that was made while reinstalling my new windows. When I would call in to get status rarely did anyone answer. We are replacing an outside door. We had to replace a different door before and went with Champion. That turned out well so, we called Champion again. Michael came to our home yesterday and was very nice. He was able to answer all our questions and made some very good suggestions. Seeing how this is starting out, I’m sure it will turn out wonderful. Thanks!
The installation went fine. After comparing prices with a neighbor who also got in house manufacturing with a different company, prices from Champion are not worth the product. We were sold a triple pane sliding patio door on our paperwork but it appears we were given a double pane, which is not honest business. Also, after installation, we were ghosted by our sales rep.
