They were awesome from the start. Did everything by the book! We love our windows!!! Thank you so much for doing such a wonderful job. Would highly recommend to any homeowner looking to update their windows!
Sales was pushy and high pressure during the consultation in our home. The sales person did not take no for an answer and stayed over an hour and a half for two windows. After saying that we wanted to think on it multiple times they called a second person to convince me to purchase. This was incredibly pushy and uncomfortable. Was not responsive to social cues nor direct refusal. If they would have given me my estimates and left, I might’ve gone through with it. Michael was so helpful on giving me the words for the siding repairs that I actually need and what to look for when it comes to eventually replacing our siding. I was so appreciative of his knowledge and honesty!
Andres was excellent. Didn't end uo buying any windows, however they are really beautiful windows.
