Michael Moen came out and spent a few hours with me thoroughly explaining all of the details you would want to know about windows, from the build to the install and all of the benefits you get from good, quality windows made here in the US by Champion. He did demonstrations and presented a model window that showed the quality you would get versus other brands. He thoroughly went over the pricing and financing options as well. I would recommend Michael for your next window replacement quote!
Great customer service, very knowledgeable, and had answers to all my questions
8/27 still no door. Apparently a door made it as far as Portland but was rejected as “ not up. to standard”. Not sure why that did not happen before it was shipped. So … nearly 5 months and we have nothing!! Worst experience . I would give it a zero if that was an option. RUN-don’t do business with this company!! Update to last weeks post: Still have not received any communication. Empty promises to communicate but no one does. No one has reached out to give any information..still no door.
