I would give them a zero if I could. Very nice smart salesman. I literally got very comparable windows (10 total) installed with a 25 year warranty for less than 1/3 their price. $5200 vs $18k. Shop around folks. I'm a commercial carpenter by trade but at the price I paid for a warranty, it was worth it. To do them myself I would have been around $4k.
