Alvaro Aguilar (Al) did a great job with what I would say was a difficult installation. Difficult how? They had to come measure the bay window opening 2 times (2 different people) before they would even begin to build the windows at the factory. The main issue—a 4 window “bay-ish” front window that stuck out about 18 inches from the house front wall. Kristie our sales person and Al our installer could not have been more helpful and pleasant to work with! They changed their schedule several times in order to accommodate our needs above theirs. Kristie explained everything to our satisfaction and made sure we knew options available to us.
