Had a faucent repair done on a 20 yr old faucet. They ordered the part and had it fixed in a few days. Very friendly, professional and no gimmicks. Will be contacting them again shortly for a water hammer problem.
Outside hose bib needed replacing. Bill was super-friendly and did a great job at a fair price. He took care in his work, something that my previous plumber started to let go. Champion will be my go-to guy for all of my real estate clients as well as my house.

Being in the customer service business ourselves, we expect great service and are often disappointed, but not by Champion. Bill is reliable, honest and provides quality work.
He responded quickly to an emergency situation and handled it quickly in a very professional and reasonable manner.
competent and pleasant. followed through after initial estimate and though wasn't the lowest bid initially by following up he was able to match it. we had him install gas boiler and hot water heater at our son's home and next week he is installing hot water heater at our home. So far we are quite pleased with his work and will recommend him to family and friends.
