Need a simple leak in shower fixed. He was able to determine the problem as we discussed it over the phone. Not only gave estimate for parts and labor, but also advised about possible warranty coverage to check on from the faucet manufacturer. Did a great job at the quoted price.
Bill did what he said he would do for the price he quoted.
Bill was simply awesome. He quickly figured out what was wrong and had the needed part on his truck. I have used Bill before and always had nothing but a positive result. He welcomes questions and his answers are to the point and respectful. He volunteers information on what he is doing so you know what went wrong and how he is fixing it. The last time he was here, he found problems we were unaware of and fixed them for us. Bill is an A+ guy!
Bill is my go-to plumber. I am a realtor and wasn't thrilled with my previous plumber. Bill is professional, and his prices are fair. He has a great attitude and is friendly and real. I am 100% comfortable referring him to all of my clients who need plumbing work; they seem happy with him, too. I feel fortunate to have found such a great plumber.
Re-set the garbage disposal. On time, courteous, problem fixed. However, $150 to reset the disposal seems unreasonably high. Otherwise, no problems.
Bill finished up my small plumbing job just a few minutes ago. He did a excellent job in replacing a piece of sewer pipe located in the basement. Took care of everything installation and clean up.
