Installer was very helpful and professional.
So my toilet flap started wearing out (in background, "three hour tour...") and I figured that it would be an easy replacement from Menards where I got the toilet. Didn't work out as expected. The more modern flaps couldn't fit the toilet. As a matter of fact, nothing new could fit the toilet.
