Tanner did an excellent job on a toilet replacement. My only concern is that they are a bit more expensive than other options.
Great service, but expensive. Charged me $325 for a 20-minute job with one utility faucet. Will not give you a labor rate over the phone. Will quote you only during the visit. If you don t like it, you owe a $59.95 service charge.
Same day service, which was nice, originally thought was an emergency
Polite, clear in expectations, efficient, and informative. Tanner was great, and the office was on top of things with making the appointment and the heads up that Tanner was on his way. A good experience and I will keep their card!
they were helpful and explained all of the charges. they also made sure they were informative, and even recommended for me to get some estimates from other professionals to ensure what they were offering was a good deal.
Tanner was his usual prompt, courteous and very professional self while installing new kitchen faucet!
Customer pleased with job done
Cole and Kenny came to do the work and they did an outstanding job. I am very pleased. I would highly recommend their service. I also had an old hot water heater and they gave me a free estimate on replacing it. I will definitely call them when I plan to complete that project.
What a rip off! $600.00 to repair a short piece of drain that took maybe 1 hour. WE were pressed for time to make an inspection for closing on our home so we just went with it.
