I was in Roswell on vacation when I broke my arm. Their staff went above and beyond to help me store my motorcycle until I could return for it. They were fast and friendly. They serviced my bike in a timely manner and gave me a good deal.
If I could rate the sales department separate from service.. I'd give them a 10... whomever Randy is, that is related to service... deserves, a negative number. He doesn't know what customer service is. He told me.. "Well, that's too bad for you". Very unprofessional. Very unsatisfied.
