Waited over an hour for the bike to be checked out. It was not. Loose mirror that they knew was loose was not tightened. Got attitude when asked why it was not. Tire pressures were not checked. The bike just sat in the back while we had the "Tour". Spent over $14000.
My husband purchased his dream bike yesterday and Mike was absolutely amazing! The entire staff was great as always. We appreciate them all greatly. The smile on my husband's face is worth every minute of the last 3 years of his "whining" lol THANKS AGAIN Michael and Amanda
