I just recently got my second bike or third if u want to count my wife's motorcycle, but we came back after our last purchase because we had amazing service, and was not disappointed this time either. I am a new Harley owner and went into Champion on January 28th to look a riding apparel. I bought a $395 leather jacket. Yesterday February 4th I went to take the jacket back because I changed my mind. I had never wore it, the tags and everything we're still attached to the jacket. They did not want to take it back unless I got STORE CREDIT. I wanted my money back. Ultimately they charged me 15% RESTOCKING FEE. (That adds up on $395). My personal experience has been great at champion, they explore every route you can take in getting you a bike but you do have to be quite established in your credit and employment to walk outta there with a bike financed. The salesman I was with no longer works there sadly, or I'd give you a great name to go see. Their financial dept. is very straight forward and doesn't play games but will work with you very well and their parts/service dept. do good work. I enjoy all the people at Champion, I miss Mike Borem but am glad he is doing well. Everybody go buy from Verdis he will treat you right. The service and parts department are top notch, if you have a problem or question let them help you. Good People!!!
We are from Maryland and our bike blown it's front bearings on our way to Carlsbad. The service manager Trent and his team did a great job fixing it and getting us on the road again
I bought my son a bike there, The sales department treated my son so well he felt so special the way they made my son feel was awesome
