This review is for Ms. Briona Craig. I called from Houston, Texas. She was exceptional, since champion energy services had the system transition change I have been having issues accessing my account online for MONTHS! I called several times and each time the agent would tell me there is nothing they can do and will just send me my bill via email. I just received my 1st bill for 1 month and I'm extremely impressed and shocked! It was only $48.70 for my May bill and I keep my AC on 73, and 72 at night!! A lot of the time, it's only me that lives in this small house, but still that's incredible! I sure hope it stays at a very low rate, because if it does, this company has me as a permanent customer! Compared to Iron Horse Electric, it was $100 to $120/monthy, the past several months, but they were charging other fees and they really went up quite a bit.

I've always been so impressed with Champion but today, I was blown away with their customer service! My son forgot to add my referral code to his account when he signed up for new service. But I was able to get it added as it had only been two days since he signed up and they have a three day period that they will still accept it. Fifty dollars is money we both could use and that's what Champion does for their customers! Thanks Lucero and Champion Energy Services!

I don’t recall the name of the representative who assisted me around midnight on April 16, but I really want to leave this review to recognize his outstanding service. My account was temporarily blocked due to multiple password attempts, and he handled the situation with incredible patience and professionalism. He carefully guided me through resolving the issue, helped me set up automatic credit card payments, clearly read out each authorization item one by one, and reminded me about my upcoming May bill.
