A week later I called to check on the progress of the repair and was told that the “estimators “ were at lunch and would call me that afternoon with an update. Not hearing anything, I called two days later and was told February 3rd by 4 pm. If there were any delays, I would be called. 1 Star : Likely to Recommend For all the reasons listed previously 1 Star : Repair Quality It took 7 months to repair our vehicle, and not all the work that was supposed to be done got done. And we had to pay out of pocket instead of the body shop advocating for us to our insurance. 1 Star : Customer Service I was told multiple times by staff they would call me back and they never did. 4 Star : Returned Clean
