Worst experience dealing with a dealership for service. I paid for a diagnostic when I already knew what the problem was and to fix it cost more than the value of the car I basically wasted two days of not having a vehicle and 300$ for nothing
Dropped of my car Tuesday afternoon for a noise my 23 Challenger Scat pack is making, was told I would get a call back the next day. 2 days go by with no phone call. Could not get a hold of Service Dept. Via phone call. I had a message related to them thru chat service on their website and was told I would get a call back with in the hour, never happened.
