Service Department Sucks and I feel my car is held hostage – What a bunch of nincompoops. I only needed a new battery and it took two day for the doofuses to finally get to it. I finally had to call and raise hell. The operator is just as bad and only interested in dumping you into voice mail....THE UNSERVICE DEPARTMENT....sheesh...
Very well done! You found me a very rare model. Vance Avers was super with the paperwork. I asked for a no-pain transaction and he delivered. The truck was serviced and very nicely cleaned, Your finance officer was also great, I am sorry I don't remember his name. More thanks to Woody for his support and consideration! We are very happy.

Great. Danny, the Service Adviser, was very friendly and explained everything perfectly. Walt, the mechanic, was also very friendly and helped me understand some of the items on my new vehicle that were not discussed in the owners manual. I have and will continue to recommend Champion for service.
