Oustanding! James is a professional in every sense. He was honest, not pushy, and made us feel comfortable with the car buying experience. He was also able to assure us regarding the length of time that he has been employed here -- this is important because we would like to be long-term customers. Finance folks were easy to work with as well. Vance Avers helped to close the deal and was gracious and professional.

An honest review and recap of events Champion Chevrolet. Yesterday morning, I woke up hopped online and went to check on Champion's website for a particular car we were looking at. Service – Never had a good experience at Champion, Just made reservation in Carson with Hohl. All I expect is to be treated like I would want to be treated and honesty. Needless to say Champion has made me question if I will ever buy another Chevy again ( I have owned 6 Suburbans). Last time they had my car for 3 week to repair factory defect~ In comparison I have never had a bad experience at Honda service in Reno ( I have 2 Hondas).
