The carpet appeared to still be dirty after the cleaning. More importantly, I paid for the job at the site and was promised a paid receipt which was never received one. I called the company four times asking for a receipt which any reliable and competent company does. No receipt was ever provided resulting in my doing a charge back to my charge card company. This franchise will Never get my business again!

I had to ask the “Young” man (displayed MINIMAL Experience) to redirect the van so that Horrible Fumes weren’t coming into my home AND MY CARPET was cleaned on Wednesday IT’S STILL WET TODAY it’s FRIDAY - I wonder if it’s clean VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH SERVICE and I’m a repeat customer but will use a different company next time!
