Friendly and professional.
This place uses under handed tactics to get you there. They give you one price on the website and over phone but once you get there they tell you that that price only applies if you've bought from them before, if you're currently in the military, etc. Once all the false discounts are added back on the price is about 5k more than they initially said. And thats before taxes and actual fees.

Very bad do not shop with them. I drove 1:15 mins and when i got there the car was good. When i asked them what the total out of door price would be they gave me $18500, that is $5000 of fee and maybe $-1500-1000 in sales tax. As they are charging $999 dealership fee and $2000 some auction fee. Please do not drive even 10 min for this awful store. Very bad. I was so pissed that the walk out price was $5000 more then what it states.
