Spoke to jay over the phone which made me pretty comfortable taking an hour plus drive. Once I got there I dealt with jay and the finance manager kamal directly who was pretty quick and honored the online price, no games, no hassle! I love the team work and work ethics! Highly recommend

Used the truck I wanted for personal use the owner was taking it back from home to work I couldn’t see it until the following Saturday
Drove all the way from upstate ny to look at this truck! It was very filthy inside. Figured it was a truck and was used but the condition was awful. Test drive and after looked under the truck and there was a leak in the rear differential and 2leaks up front.. guys were nice but vehicle was crap

Scam. I made an appointment to purchase a car, the next day the price of the car increased $6000. Dealer would not return my texts. Finally, I called them only for them to say “sometimes prices do increase for one reason or another but that car is sold”. And it’s still listed on the website.
Vehicle not as described at the time I seen the vehicle (not sure if was fixed since I seen). 4 inch depression above driver side door in frame. Missing skid plate under chassis. Unsanitary interior. Missing engine cover. Evidence of front end damage. Wheel wells missing fasteners from bodywork. Salesman indicated vehicle was in rear end damage. Do not waste your time. Scam. I have called them and spoken to 2 different salespeople with a simple question. Are there any other delaer fees except dmv fees and sales tax. They keep pressuring to come in to negotiate though I live 90 miles away. Redflag. I am not negotiating, I just want to know about fees upfront. On further checkup, found out that they tag on hidden fees of couple thousand dealers, which is why they are pressing for me to come in and not being transparent on the phone.
Terrible!!!!! Don’t waste your time . I spoke with 2 different people .. one male and one female They never called back and their finance manager “Alex” is apparently never there because they kept telling me he isn’t available as he just stepped out..... 6 attempts to contact him , maybe conveniently abducted by aliens when a customer request to speak with him or maybe he’s non existent .
