I had such an incredible experience my first time at this spa! Jenilee is so knowledgeable about how to take care of your body naturally! I highly recommend her services. The atmosphere is very calming and she has great products as well!

Just had my first (but not last) massage and ear candling session at Champalou Spa. Jenilee is amazing. I've had massages at 5-star resorts, and she puts all of those to shame. She is so attentive to your needs and tailors your treatment specifically to you. This place is a hidden gem in Bartlett. She offers so much: massages, facials, ear candling, cupping, waxing....she sells Essential Oils and several other all natural products. Seriously, shop local and support this spa. We all need a Jenilee in our life!!!
