Very nice atmosphere, warm and welcoming staff. They are caring, concerned and made for me what is usually an unpleasant experience, very nice indeed. I especially appreciated the thorough explanation of what I need to have done. I have already recommended the office to other friends and family members. I am glad I found them.
My appointment was for 9:40 AM and I was sitting in a chair at 9:30 already being taken care of with a smile and pleasant service. Everyone makes it their business to make you feel comfortable and aware that you will have a professional experience in a homey environment. As always this office is a competent, pleasant experience and this comes from someone who grew up fearing going anywhere near a dentist's office.

It was my first time there and I was nervous because I hadn't gone to the dentist for a while having no more insurance. But everyone was so nice and encouraging. No body made you feel rushed or made you feel bad. They listened to all my questions and answered them and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable. I really appreciated that. The customer service was great, everyone at the front desk was so kind and friendly. I arrived early and they still got me in right away so I wasn't waiting, I really appreciated that. Dr. Aiello and Erin were very knowledgeable, understanding and informative. They did an amazing job and I am so pleaded with the result. Thank you!
Dr. Champagne's office staff is very friendly and they care for the patients. I always admire the way Dr. Champagne treats the patients with a great smile. We are looking forward to seeing him in his new office on Rt. 79. May God bless him with great success.
