Had a Small but embarressing occurance after Hours and Dr. Champagne went above and beyond the normal to stay late "with" all his staff and correct the problem, that kind of service and devotion gives me hope for there is still some Real Dentist who CARE.
My experience in the office, as always, was good. The only problem is I always get an estimate of what is going to be done and approximately how much it would cost. When told by the receptionist that I had also gotten a filling on the lower left side, I disputed it because I know I didn't get anything done on the bottom. She questioned it and confirmed the filling was not done, even though I was being charged for it. She then made the proper adjustment to my bill. I am very happy with my experience with Dr. Champagne and his office. Very impressed that he gives you your meds right there. That is a pleasure because it makes it so much easier to just go home after surgery instead of waiting around at the pharmacy. Dr. Champagne always gives pretty little gift bags filled with goodies. The new office is gorgeous and his staff is very efficient and they to are wonderful. Thanks all!!! You did a great job and I am feeling great!
Very happy with free initial exam. Dr. Aiello listened to my concerns and took his time studying my X-rays. He was very honest and knowledgeable. He picked up on things that my previous dentist overlooked.

When I first went to see Dr Champagne I had anxiety and fear of dentists. My experience here has always been a pleasurable one. Dr. Champagne,Lisa and the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful. They go out of their way to make me feel relaxed and comfortable. Dr Champagne explains everything step by step and I have been thrilled with his work .
