I lived in this apartment complex for about two years, and based on my personal experience, I would not recommend it. The buildings are very old and, to my knowledge, have had flooding issues in the past. Because of that, mold appears to be a recurring problem. I've been a resident here at Champagne for the past 4 months. Well experienced staff and management. Onboarding was so smooth and Simone from the management was so patient and friendly. Community is calm and well-maintained. They were prompt in addressing any issues or concerns. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for affordable apartments to rent closer to Bellevue downtown.
