Inexperienced techs. Took them 3 trips, each time a different reason on the issue. The 4th trip was to fix the issue and we had a different tech the 4th time who told us it was all wrong, the wrong sized part was ordered but they were going to make it work and it needed additional things to fix it completely. It was a disaster. I have a co-worker tell me she experienced the same thing. Very Disappointing.
Used them in past several summers ago real fast response and fixed my AC right away. Would recommend to anyone.
They got my old ac unit tuned up for the season in no time!
We have had three incidence during very cool or hot weather. They were at our house in less than an hourly each of them. Of course, AC is not a major emergency, but no heat in sub zero temps sure is. These guys &gals are great! Great service!
