Called them in the afternoon during a heatwave. The guy was there the next morning. I was prepared to wait at least several days for an appointment. I'm very happy with the service.

Have had two wonderful customer service visits from Chamberlin HVAC. The first to see if our ancient furnace could be coaxed through winter (Thx Dillion). And the second, when it became evident our 30 year old monster wasn't going to take the fix, Codie & Ricky installed our new, uber efficient York. Great service from the first phone call to installation: friendly, efficient, respectful, and clean. We have had three incidence during very cool or hot weather. They were at our house in less than an hourly each of them. Of course, AC is not a major emergency, but no heat in sub zero temps sure is. These guys &gals are great! Great service!
