Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider give unbiased advice? Absolutely! I always get sound, helpful, and completely unbiased advice! Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Was this provider's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while. Does this provider treat every client equally? Yes, they don't show favoritism Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure

I've been a pt with Dr. Chamberlin for several years. Treatment is excellent, gives good information plus good conversation and not tension producing. Can be difficult to get an immediate appt. but is possible if I speak with the doctor. The office is busy, working with patients through the lunch hour and early morning if necessary to accommodate emergencies.
