It is so refreshing to go somewhere that takes you within 10 minutes of your appointment time. He was behind with patients maybe 1 to 2 times of my dozens of appointments, and even then his staff apologized and gave me a accurate estimate of my expected wait time. They also explained it only takes one patient to come into their office with unplanned needs and it could easily set him behind with other patients and again apologized.
